Meal Delivery - Updated Delivery Times 4/1

Meals are free to all children ages 18 and under, no application or prior approval is needed.
We will be preparing bagged meals (breakfast and lunch) out of the Herrick Avenue kitchen. Our professional staff will prepare meals in a safe and sanitary environment. To exercise the recommended social distancing, families may choose one of the following options:
Pick up, using a drive-thru style of service OR
Bus stop delivery
Pick Up:
Where: 42 Herrick Ave. Walk up to the window next to the MES entrance
When: 10:30 a.m - Noon. Monday - Friday
What: The current day’s lunch and the next day’s breakfast per student

Bus Stop Delivery:
Where: Your child’s bus stop - an adult or care provider will need to meet the bus to retrieve the meal
When: 10:30 a.m - Noon. Monday - Friday.
What: The current day’s lunch and the next day’s breakfast per student

During the first week or so, we will collect information about the needs for each family. It may take a few days to be efficient with our new delivery system, so please be patient.

Last, our emergency line is 893-5500. This is available for any family in need of food supplies. Please provide your address, phone number, along with your needs.

COVID-19 Update

School Board Meetings:
Regular School Board meetings will not be held in person during the duration of the Stay Home, Stay Safe Order. All meetings will be publicly announced as usual, however a link to a Zoom video conference AND a call-in number will be provided in each warned agenda, and available on the MTSD District Calendar. All are welcome to join.

Effective 4/6/2020 - All MTSD playgrounds and outside facilities (including the MHS Track) are closed to the public.

MTSD Schools closed for the remainder of the 19/20 school year. Updated 3/26.

All MTSD School Buildings are closed to the public (parents, students, alumni, community members). Only staff and faculty can enter the buildings during their designated hours of operation.

Milton, Vermont selected as the newest RiseVT community!

The Milton Community has just been selected to have RiseVT work with us to improve the health of citizens where they live, work, learn, and play in Milton. RiseVT is a primary prevention strategy of OneCare Vermont, the Accountable Care Organization for the state, creating environments where the healthy choice is the easy choice, with the goal of improving population health and lowering healthcare costs.
