Dear Milton Community Members,

The Superintendent Parent Advisory Group (SPAG) is a newly formed group of Milton parents focused on listening to families, identifying shared themes, and bringing patterned feedback to the Superintendent to help support our schools and students.

As part of this effort, SPAG members are hosting a series of casual community meet-ups as a listening tour

  • These are an opportunity to hear directly from families about their experiences in Milton Public Schools.

  • This is not about politics or advocacy—it’s about listening, learning, and strengthening our schools.

  • SPAG’s role is to listen, gather input, and identify common themes across family experiences.

Community members are welcome to attend by grade range or join any session that fits their schedule–there’s nothing to prepare. SPAG members will facilitate open, respectful conversations and invite participants to share what is working well and where there may be opportunities for improvement.

Insights from these conversations will be gathered into a report that will be shared with the community and district leadership. By working directly with school leadership, SPAG aims to strengthen communication between families, schools, and the district.

We hope you’ll consider joining a session to share your perspective, connect with other community members, and help us better understand how to support Milton’s schools.
